“I wrote “Deep End” with Phil Barton and Forest Whitehead in Nashville, June 2023 and exactly a year later I went back to Nashville where Tom Jordan (Seaforth) produced the song and recorded my lead vocals. A few days after landing back home, Dylan jumped in the studio to record his vocals remotely.”

Dylan confirms, “I’ve always been a big fan of Mel and when she asked me if I wanted to be on a track with her, I couldn’t hold back my excitement. I absolutely love the song and I think our vocals work so well together. As he approaches his 60th birthday, James Blundell is definitely not retiring anytime soon.
