Aaron Bucks is a singer-songwriter from Langley, British Columbia, who now calls Nashville home. Some refer to his refreshing sound as flipflop country, country-soul and even barefoot country, whatever you call it, it is shaped by a blend of acoustic grooves and Caribbean vibes from his time in

Trinidad and Tobago, which, has earned him accolades like the Bluebird Cafe’s Golden Pick and the John Lennon Songwriting Contest. His performances have graced iconic Nashville venues, including the legendary Bluebird CafĂ©, The Listening Room, and 3rd and Lindsley.

In collaboration with producer Chris August (Keith Urban’s “God Whispered Your Name”), Bucks releases “Where I’m Home” and “Jump Into The Weekend,” which are the first singles from his project, The Life Sessions. When not creating music, Bucks enjoys spending time with his two children, Titus and Nora, and is a dedicated advocate for Down Syndrome awareness in honor of his son Tobias.
